The managers are wonderful and the building is modern. Hardest part is to balance between Client work and Company management work.Cognizant is a good to place to work and I enjoyed working for the past 10 years. Very well maintained clients, good infrastructure.Work culture is worst.

Management is probably one of the worst, the most recent hire (manager) literally had no experience in a call center and would throw his own employees under the bus. Such growth comes at a cost so that internal processes are either to complicated are missing and the organisation structure is not optimal.
