I've had both and personally am very happy with MTS.Just like cellular you will hear lots of anecdotal evidence that one is superior to the other. Started at $30 a month for 6 months. Bell has garbage deals, if you keep calling Shaw and declining to set it up they will have specialist salespeople call you and give you crazy deals and you can just keep bugging them for free install and all that.
