In an extremely rude and condescending tone while rolling his eyes, then went on to slam the tux onto the rack as if in rage that I did not know the difference. Everyone looked amazing!
What a nightmare!!!! The styles are modern and give more variety than our local rental shops so we were very happy to find them.ur product won't look worn or haphazard the day of your wedding. We called and canceled our order of 12 groomsmen. All in all, I would strongly recommend the Black Tux. The guys were all thrilled, with more than one saying they planned to ask The Black Tux if they could buy their suit. We had an appointment at the Barton Creek Square location and got assigned a young girl to help us who was 1. The Black Tux was easy, convenient and had great styles to choose from. They made sure I got my suit a week before my event even though I ordered it late, and their customer service was incredible. The tuxes weren't one of them.
I can't recommend this company more - again the tuxes were so high quality and the process was so easy - I wish they had tuxedos for women as I am quite jealous of the guys!
We live in Atlanta, with groomsmen spread across the country, and a wedding in South Carolina! Mens Wearhouse was dusty and felt so old school...The Black Tux is AWESOME!! When I called, they changed the order and subtracted the cost of the suit.
Quality above other mainstream suit/tux companies is what we sought and we received just that! The service was fantastic. The quality of the tuxedos was excellent, and was much higher than anything I have seen at traditional brick and mortar rental shops. My first pair of pants was too big large, the rush-delivered second pai... I was thrilled with how the tuxes fit my wedding party, and the quality was impeccable.
Not to mention the value was great. The customer service was phenomenal especially when I had questions/exchanges the week of the wedding! Also, when the customer service rep noticed an anomaly in my pant and jacket measurements (I have a wide waste and narrow shoulders...), he called me to offer a sizing suggestion and to confirm my sizes were indeed correct. Having my groomsmen in different states, Black Tux was key in coordinating all rentals. The clothing and accessories are great quality for a very reasonable price point, and I love how many options there are to curate… When we did return for our appointment, the saleswomen was SO cold, flat, and less than helpful. I couldn't have been happier with choosing th...The staff at The Black Tux were amazing! We received swatches and then ordered a sample before the big day. Black Tux sent the groom a sample and we were thrilled with the look and quality. measure you improperly, or give you the wrong size. Received my order for my Son's weeding and got someone else's order than 3 of the groomsmen received there order also incorrect. We hope to be able to work with you again in the future! The quality of the shirts, tuxes and shoes were also very good and fairly priced. We left and did not order from this company and never will.

The suits looked great on myself and the groomsmen, the website was easy to navigate, and customer service was superb!Great company, easy to follow ordering, great customer service, everything was on time and looked great. I picked out the style I wanted and they sent me a whole suit to try on at home. !ittle long, but they made it easy to take care of the problem.
