These guys really knew how to show us a good time and celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday!! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were asked to stand on special mats to disinfect our shoes, given hand sanitizer to wipe our hands and directed to take our temperature (this was the requirement EVERY time you entered a restaurant). We were lucky enough to have two spa days at zentropria spa. With a total of 11 restaurants and 15 bars to choose from, guests won't go hungry or thirsty at any point, even on extended vacations! As a Member of the Leading Hotels of the World our main priority is to provide a high-quality service to our guests, which is why we deeply regret having failed this time. With its palm-lined walkways, the hotel’s ultra-modern architectural aesthetic, built with sustainable materials, reflects its forwarding-thinking design without compromising the natural environment.
