I highly recommend...It seemed everybody who knew we were going to Dunsborough said we should go here. Fine, even though we were told otherwise on the phone, we wanted to support the winery so we put our food back in the cars and proceeded to order $500+ of food and wine from them. Most of the food was very good. This site is intended for those of legal drinking age. At arrival we were informed that we absolutely could not bring our food to the tables! One of the women there definitely noticed us but continued organizing menus and didn't smile, say hi, or even acknowledge us. By entering the Wise Villa Winery website, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age in the country where the site is accessed. The steak bites are a savory treat.
After one has tasted the wonderful red and white wines you can sit down to a marvelous lunch of small plate items. There wines are top notch, you can't go wrong with any of them but the Wisdom wine is my favorite and at less than $15 a bottle. Steak cooked to right level and tasty.
The food was delicious and all in our group loved their meals, sangria, & beer. Many of us drove from 3 hours away. Food smelled good but we already had lunch plans so we didn't eat there.We were looking forward to trying a winery outside of Napa county and heard about the awards this winery had won recently so we decided to check it out. is a distinctive variety I don't recall having elsewhere, and I recommend it. The one food item we brought in was a birthday cake for my mom which incidentally, the winery doesn't offer. Start off in the attached wine tasting section to decide which wines you want for your meal, then walk next door for your food. Again, my apologies...Stop #3. They have a cafe and wine tasting and it seems like the focus is on the cafe. We used our plates, silverware and cut it ourselves so you can imagine how shocked we were when the winery charged us a very hefty cake cutting fee!
