schedules are put out MAYBE a week in advance, management is very unsympathetic and arent supportive, there is lots of drama in the workplace, and mainly management is the cause, there is an unprofessional relationship in management that makes other employees uncomfortable. When I first started working there someone spilt something on the walls and it was still there when I left (3 months). Manager is never there.Very inflexible work hours kept just below fulltime with no benefits. Pay low... never got as many hours as promised.It is a very wishy-washy enviorment some days will be very slow and others can be very busy. The management is sadly lacking which is a bummer considering all of the staff works so hard all the time.I worked in the grill for a couple few years, and everyone who worked there was amazing.
