The whole process was easy, from reserving the spot to even be dropped off right at our car.Great times we left 1/2 hour late which was fine. Their dock location is also great so much easier to get in and out from the Warner Park dock than their competition down the lake. Work on a better customer service experience.Great experience! We did find it a little difficult to steer the jet ski, as it seemed it pulled more to the right when going straight, but we are also beginners and by the time an hour passed, had adapted pretty well and were able to go faster without feeling like we were going to tip over.
